When I initially met with Brian and Amanda, Amanda expressed some concerns with time limitations during her wedding day. I fear that many brides feel this way… almost not wanting to super rush around. We decided on doing a Post Wedding Session. This worked out perfect because on their actual wedding day they weren’t stressed out.
A couple weeks later we scheduled the shoot for the evening and it was awesome. We started in the South Side and then headed to the Strip District. The images are amazing and I am so happy that we decided to do this. I urge all brides to consider this option if there are concerns about time limitations.
It was a great shoot and Brian and Amanda did an excellent job!
Amanda and Brian Baker had a beautiful wedding ceremony at Bella Serra in Canonsburg, Pa. The aisle was lined with fragile glass vases with a candle inside. I always love how candles are utilized within the ceremony. There is such a peaceful feeling.
The reception was also held at Bella Serra, which gave us some time to photograph afterwards. I got some pretty cute shots of Amanda and Brian. Amanda had some signs to hold up for the photographs. I think this is a pretty clever idea. Any sort of text or props only contribute to the overall look of the session. I encourage all of my brides to look into this.
The remainder of the evening was a blast.
Amanda and Brian have elected to have a post-wedding shoot in a week or two. We will be able to go around the city and do a more in depth wedding photography session. I am super looking forward to this and I will post the images when they are captured =)
