Bucknell University – Wedding Pictures

These sweethearts spent their wedding day at various lovely spots around Bucknell University, outside Pittsburgh.
Our first stop was “The Grove”on campus.
“The Grove” was full of towering trees and greenery, perfect for our wedding day pictures. Who doesn’t love a horse drawn carriage? How romantic!
Our bride and groom rode the carriage to Rooke Chapel for their ceremony. Rooke Chapel is a rich, Georgian style, colonial church located on the campus of Bucknell University.
Larison Hall at Bucknell was the final location for our couple’s wedding reception.
The crisp white linens really made the floral arrangements by Scott’s Floral pop!
Scott’s Floral made flawless bouquets for the bride and her bridesmaids.
The bright, vibrant colors were absolutely gorgeous! Bucknell University Catering made the elegant, 3 tiered cake.
Like all fairytales…our newlywed couple rode off into the sunset.

Wedding at The Buhl Mansion | 30’s Old Hollywood Theme Wedding | Tenika & Jalair

I was fortunate to photograph back to back at one of my favorite venues The Buhl Mansion, in Sharon, Pa.  Tenika and Jalair created a 30’s themed wedding within the space of this location.  The event was handled by JPC Event Group and they did an amazing job.

Tenika’s wedding dress had a beautiful, flowing bottom.

Her jewelry was perfectly accented with diamonds and kept well with the 30’s wedding theme.

Bircage veils are not common.  But I think they are a beautiful accessory to any wedding.

The flower arrangements they chose were out of this world.  I am a huge advocate of pinks and purples- I feel they photograph really well.

This was my first time photographing a horse drawn carriage.  This is a great addition to any wedding.  The company name is Carriage Limousine.

As I have mentioned before, the grounds of The Buhl Mansion are breathtaking.  You have everything you need here to create amazing images.

I photographed Tenika and Jaliar’s engagement session here as well.  Take a look here.

The additional furniture and accents that the bride and groom incorporated into the space fit perfectly.

Desert bars are definitely received well by the guests.

One of the perks of having an outside reception area is the opportunity to snag a sunset shot.  One of my favorites.
