Since this “winter” hasn’t been too cold, I really didn’t hesitate to schedule an engagement session for Dan and Kirstin.  The only concerns with shooting this time of year is usually temperature and the way locations look.  Sometimes it’s a little tough in the winter because there are no plants and no leaves on the trees.  BUT- Hartwood Mansion is ALWAYS pretty.  So, there we shot!!!!

Kirstin totally pulled this one off all by herself!  She definitely brought it!  I love her eyes!

As much as I love my couples to strike a pose, “No Smile!” (ha ha- that’s what I tell them), I love to capture the moment.  A real, genuine moment.

Kirstin and Dan did such a good job and I had a great time with them.  I am fully looking forward to their wedding in June =)
