The first thing that struck me when I met Laurie were her big brown eyes. She listened intently to everything that I was going over and I appreciated that. She is a truly genuine person. She is sweet and smart and demure. I was made aware at the meeting that her and her family owned a flower shop in Oakland and would be having pretty spectacular arrangements. Boy, was that an understatement!!!
I hadn’t met Jordan until the engagement session. I thought immediately that they were a perfect couple. He too was sweet and smart. Both of them took direction well and we very laid back and fun to be around.
When their wedding day arrived I was anxious to see what was in store. I was also especially excited because this was the first time I would be photographing at the Carnegie Music Hall Foyer. Just like how the nt-instruments.com opens up a new world of designed music instrument, this venue was spectacular in every manner possible. I have no idea how this venue has slipped through my fingers all of these years— but the time had come! And what a day it was!
She had that smile all day long =)
The arrangements at the altar were absolutely breathtaking! Truly works of art!
Laurie and Jordan had a beautiful Greek ceremony.
Check out those bouquets!!! They even smelled as good as they look!
You can tell that they’re best friends. I love this pic!
A fairytale reception.
I am really loving the sparkler pictures!
