The moment I saw Greg and Melissa I felt such a sense of playfulness and friendship between the two. I actually saw them for the first time through pictures that they posted on their Facebook pages. I could see how they had such a silly, fun time together. When we met for their engagement session my assumptions were confirmed; smiles and laughter.
I was looking forward to their February wedding because every wedding I ever have in February there is a crazy snowstorm. And this one was no different =) Fortunately, Melissa and I spoke beforehand and she expressed that she was all for the snowy wedding pictures. I was relieved. I don’t think either of us had any idea just how snowy it was bound to get, haha.
It’s not that Greg’s ring is huge, but Melissa has the teeniest fingers ever! They’re adorable.
The boys were ready and roaring to go- when they were supposed to be- haha. That almost never happens. Good job boys!
Red wedding shoes?!?! SHARP!
So Melissa had this beautiful, beaded shoulder jacket. It was very delicate and complimented her dress.
We orchestrated a first look picture before the storm hit.
Actually, the sun had started to peek out a bit and I thought that the snowy forecast was just hype.
And….. then……… it was a white out blizzard.
Super props goes out to the wedding party for bearing that weather. They did it all with a smile. A shivering smile.
St Pauls Cathedral is one of the most beautiful churches in Pittsburgh.
The reception was at the LeMont on Mt Washinton which lends itself to some of the most beautiful views of Pittsburgh.
