When I first met with Courtney and Steven I was definitely happy to hear that we shared an intense love for the Pens!  Getting to witness their wedding day I was able to see exactly how much they were fans.

Getting ready pictures were a blast.  The bridesmaids were so much fun and ready for the day!

April was able to capture such a beautiful moment between Courtney and her dad before the doors opened.

What you cannot tell from these beautiful images is how bitterly cold it was.  Bitterly.  It didn’t faze them a bit.

The sunshine on the NorthShore was quite abundant!  We were able to capture beautiful, blue skys.

Yes, that is Jeff Jimerson.  The Jeff Jimerson who signs the national anthem at the Pens games.  I was star struck.  I did up up chatting with him and he’s a super sweet guy!  Not to mention really talented.

It was an absolutely wonderful day and I am thankful to have been selected to photograph Courtney and Steven’s wedding day!
