Located in the charming town of Leechburg – less than an hour away from downtown Pittsburgh – Lingrow Farm is rustic and chic, settled on an expansive 50 acres of land and providing all the bridal amenities you need to create the most memorable wedding day. In 2004, owner Linda Alworth purchased the property, once a run-down horse farm, and completely transformed it into a world-class destination for beautifully rustic weddings.

A featured Pittsburgh wedding location in numerous top bridal resources, including Wedding Wire, The Knot and Stylish Bride, as well as being highlighted on TLC’s Four Weddings, Lingrow Farm offers a relaxed country retreat with plenty of picture-perfect settings both indoors and outdoors for your timeless wedding pictures. On the property is a gorgeous restored barn which dates back to the 1850s – complete with period antiques and reclaimed lighting to give it that rustic feel, while also keeping it stylishly modern.

The spacious barn and outdoor wedding location provides a variety of options for wedding parties of any size. On the main floor of the barn, which also features a deck, there is a 240-guest capacity, as well as a downstairs deck and stable room that accommodates an additional 125 guests. If you need even more space or prefer to hold your rustic Pittsburgh wedding outdoors during summer or fall, the magnificent gardens and patio can quickly be transformed into the ideal ceremony and reception space, complete with white tenting.

Lingrow Farm has everything you need to throw a stunning rustic Pittsburgh wedding. The adjacent Farmhouse, which was built in 1865, accommodates guests with eight spacious bedrooms – including a makeup and hair parlor, full kitchen and living space. The Honeymoon Suite is perfect for the couple who wants to stay on the property long after the wedding party is over – the Suite is all-inclusive with a beautiful pond view. Rentals are also available at Lingrow Farm, including chairs, tables and linens, flatware, and china. Event coordinators walk brides through the entire planning process, as well as assisting during the rehearsal and wedding day. Catering for rehearsal dinners and weddings is provided by the sister restaurant of Lingrow Farm, Twisted Thistle, and serves up classic farm-fresh American fare, with the menu changing to accommodate the seasons.
