Casey and Mike’s September wedding was the vision of fall perfection! Here are some of my favorite shots from their beautifully planned wedding.
From the ornate colors and glittering jewels (check out the bride’s shoes!) to the gorgeous greenery and weather, this was a gorgeous celebration in Pittsburgh. The lighting was spectacular and really added to the warmth and love felt by so many that day!
Casey and her bridesmaids got ready sporting these pretty robes — between the gold accents of the room and lighting it was the perfect autumn combination of color. Kimonos and robes are a great gift — plus they get plenty of use during the getting ready portion of the day. But whenever I haven’t been able to attend a wedding of a close friend’s, I’ve always resorted to sending care packages, because that’s the best bet at that point.
The bride’s bouquet featured touching sentiments to keep her beloved close — such a heartwarming tribute to loved ones on such a monumental day.
Heinz Memorial Chapel is one of the most popular spots in Pittsburgh for a wedding and you can read more to see why. Gorgeous detail is everywhere — from the architecture and stonework to the lighting and stained glass windows. So elegant and timeless.
Even outside, Heinz Memorial Chapel provides stunning backdrops for the bride and groom. So much love between these two — captured after exchanging vows!
After the ceremony, Casey and Mike hopped onto their fairy tale carriage and got some more shots — such a sweet touch to the day and perfect for any couple who wants some of that classic magic on their special celebration!
The columns offered a beautiful and neutral backdrop for the bride and groom, allowing them to shine. Perfect shadows and light to really capture the detail in Casey’s dress and bouquet!
A breathtaking array of pink, white and red florals — so gorgeous for a September wedding.
A kiss between the couple — too beautiful for words! Casey and Mike were simply wonderful and it was so fun to capture many perfect shots of their wedding.
